I heard Lake Tahoe is nice however if lake life isn't for you. This starts at the visitor center and loops around 260 miles, should take just over 6 hours.
Pacific Coast Highway
A bucket list item for me, at least part of it. It's a long one at 10hr 38 minutes and 534 miles.
